Boost your immune system in our Finnish sauna with a panorama view of the Zugspitze and temperatures around 194°F / 90°C and a relative humidity of approx. 10%.
Two to three sauna sessions with breaks in between is a great way to stimulate the body’s circulation and immune system, detoxify and rejuvenate the skin.
If you like it a bit cooler or don’t have much sauna experience then you should try our Bio Sauna.
This sauna has temperatures around 140°F / 60°C and works gently on the body’s circulation. It feels comfortably warm in the sauna thanks to the relative humidity of some 40% to 55%. Relax your body and let your mind rest.
Refresh your body and mind in our snow room.
Yes, you got it right: the white treasure can be found not only atop the Zugspitze, but in our Landhaus Spa as well. Real fresh snow. Go ahead, try it after your next sauna session - or just for fun. Recommended length of stay: 2 minutes. But you can still keep your skis for the Zugspitze trails!
Take a Kneipp cure in cold water and then walk barefoot over the pebble path.
Your feet will just love our cold water baths. The pebble path provides a natural reflexology massage to strengthen your physical well-being and help your coordination and balance.
Our infrared area is equipped with two different systems that provide soothing and tension-relieving warmth.
Choose between infrared lounge chairs or an infrared booth. It feels good, is a perfect closing for your spa visit, and gives you the energy you need for your next day in the mountains.
