WHAT WE ALREADY DO:

50 % of our food products are produced regionally.

80 % of our food products are seasonally produced.

30 % of our food products are certified as organic.

20 % of the meat we offer is organic and 50 % comes from Animal Welfare production.

50 % of our fish is MSC-labelled or equivalent sea fish, and 50 % comes from local waters.

Our mineral water comes from the region.

We use fair trade products (Fairtrade, companies with CSR and similar climate programs).

We avoid using colourings, preservatives, flavour enhancers and ready-made products.

50 % of our à-la-carte and banquet/ buffet food is made from fresh produce.

Our vegetarian and vegan à la carte offer has been expanded in 2022.
