Our vouchers are flexible: select the needed value that can be then discounted from overnight stay or gastronomic event, or just buy one of our packages or gastronomic event tickets - see the list of our current offers below. Our reservations desk is there to assist. If you need the voucher in 'hard copy', we would send it to you by post. In urgent cases we can send you a PDF.
The vouchers are generally valid for 3 years, they are not subject to exchange or cash payment. Vouchers for packages or gastronomic events may be subject to extra charges due to seasonal price variations. Gastronomic events can be postponed or cancelled if the minimal number of participants is not reached. In this case you can decide if you attend an alternative event or convert the voucher into a discount voucher you can later apply to book your stay.
