To calculate your CO₂ emissions, the size and type of the event as well as the location and number of participants are estimated. This realistic estimate provides for an appropriate compensation.
Per 1000 kg CO₂, five seedlings are planted and cultivated in Germany. The forestry team continuously takes care of the planted trees to support them over time as a climate-stable mixed forest community. In the first 10 years, three assessments take place on site to measure the product performance and ensure that the CO₂ reduction takes place.
